Campaign Status Guide

Understanding your campaign status helps you track progress and identify any issues. Here’s what each status means and how to respond.

Campaign Status Types

Pre-Send Statuses

1. Draft

  • What it means: Campaign is saved but not scheduled
  • Actions: Can be edited or scheduled

2. Scheduled

  • What it means: Campaign is queued for future delivery
  • Actions: Can be edited or canceled before sending

Active Statuses

3. Sending

  • What it means: Campaign is currently being delivered
  • Actions: Can be paused if needed

4. Paused

  • What it means: Delivery has been temporarily stopped
  • Actions: Can be resumed or canceled

Completion Statuses

5. Completed

  • What it means: All messages have been processed
  • Actions: View reports, duplicate campaign

6. Failed

  • What it means: Campaign encountered errors during sending
  • Actions: Review error details, contact support if needed

1. Campaign Stuck in “Scheduled”

    • Scheduled time hasn’t arrived yet

2. Campaign Stuck in “Sending”

  • Possible causes:
    • Large recipient list
    • Rate limiting by WhatsApp
  • Solution: Wait for processing to complete

3. Campaign Marked as “Failed”
