General Requirements (All Users)
Required
- Valid email address
- Business or organization name
- Basic understanding of your services or products
Recommended
- Business website or landing page
- Brand logo (PNG or JPG)
- Clear target audience definition
Web Chatbot Platform Prerequisites
Required
- Business name
- Website URL or landing page (used to auto-build knowledge base)
- Business industry and category
- Description of services/products (if no website available)
Recommended
- Access to website to add chatbot script
- List of common customer questions (FAQs)
- Preferred chatbot tone (professional, friendly, sales-focused)
Optional (Add Later)
- Bot logo
- Google Analytics ID
- Meta / Facebook Pixel ID
- Working hours and triggers
WhatsApp Drip Campaigns Prerequisites
Required
- WhatsApp Business Account
- Valid WhatsApp phone number
- User opt-in/consent for messaging
- Approved WhatsApp message templates
Recommended
- Clean contact list (CSV or CRM)
- Clear campaign goal (follow-up, reminder, promotion)

- WhatsApp enforces strict messaging policies
