Web Chatbot Platform Prerequisites

Required

  • Business name
  • Website URL or landing page (used to auto-build knowledge base)
  • Business industry and category
  • Description of services/products (if no website available)
  • Access to website to add chatbot script
  • List of common customer questions (FAQs)
  • Preferred chatbot tone (professional, friendly, sales-focused)

Optional (Add Later)

  • Bot logo
  • Google Analytics ID
  • Meta / Facebook Pixel ID
  • Working hours and triggers

WhatsApp Drip Campaigns Prerequisites

Required

  • WhatsApp Business Account
  • Valid WhatsApp phone number
  • User opt-in/consent for messaging
  • Approved WhatsApp message templates
  • Clean contact list (CSV or CRM)
  • Clear campaign goal (follow-up, reminder, promotion)
