What You’ll Do in This Guide

By the end of this quick start you will have:

• ✅ Created your AI Chat Assist account
• ✅ Launched a chatbot on your website
• ✅ Trained it with your business information
• ✅ Started capturing conversations and leads

Before You Start

Make sure you have:

• Business name
• Website URL (recommended)
• Short description of your services (if no website)

Step 1: Create Your Account

1. Visit the AI Chat Assist Sign Up page.
2. Enter your email and password and complete verification.
3. 🎉 Your account is now ready.

Step 2: Add Your Business Details

1. Enter your business name and website URL.
2. We’ll auto-scan your site to build the chatbot knowledge base.
3. Select your industry and category.
4. 👉 No website? Manually describe your services instead.

Step 3: Define Your Bot

1. Describe what the chatbot should help with (support, sales, lead capture, etc.).
2. Choose a bot tone:
   • Friendly
   • Professional
   • Sales-focused
3. This ensures AI responses match your brand voice.

Step 4: Build Your Knowledge Base

Choose one of two options:

Option A: Auto-Create from Website (Recommended)

• We scan your site pages.
• Your chatbot learns services automatically.

​

Option B: Manual Setup

• Describe your products or services.
• Add a few common FAQs.

👉 You can edit or expand the knowledge base later.

Step 5: Customize Your Chatbot

• Set your bot name.
• Upload a logo (optional).
• Choose widget position (left/right) and theme (light/dark).

This keeps the chatbot on-brand.

Step 6: Launch Your Chatbot

1. Review your setup and click Launch Bot.
2. Copy the chatbot script.
3. Paste it into your website.
4. 🎉 Your chatbot is live!

Step 7: See Your First Conversations

• Visitors can start chatting immediately.
• Conversations appear in your dashboard.
• Leads are saved automatically.
• 👉 Go to Dashboard → Conversations to monitor chats.

What to Do Next (Recommended)

• Create a Workflow: Build guided conversations and lead forms.
• Add FAQs: Improve AI response accuracy.
• Review Leads: View, tag, and manage captured leads.
• Run Campaigns (Optional): Launch WhatsApp Drip or AI campaigns.
