Accessing the Dashboard

Log in to your AI Chat Assist account

Navigate to Leads > Dashboard

Use the date range selector to analyze different time periods

Lead Details:
- First name
- Last name
- Phone
- Tags
Lead Actions
For each lead, you can perform several actions:
Assign Tags
Categorize leads with custom tags for better organization
Change Status
Update lead status as they move through your pipeline
Edit Lead Details
Update lead information such as name, email, phone, and tags
Delete Lead
Permanently remove a lead from the system
Lead Segmentation
Follow these steps to create a segment from your leads:
- Select leads
- Manually select specific leads, or apply filters and use the Select All option.
- Example: To create a segment for leads tagged “Imported on 22 Aug”, apply that tag filter, Select All, then click Next.
- Click Create Segment
- Use the “Create Segment” button on the top-right of the leads list.
- Fill segment details
- Enter the Segment Name (required) and Description (optional) in the popup.
- Save
- Click Save to create the segment.
Upload New Contacts
The Upload area is used for adding bulk leads.
- Enter or create a new tag
- Upload contact file (CSV/XLS/XLSX)
- Drag and drop supported
- Contacts are processed and added to the Lead List
Import Leads
- Upload CSV, XLS, or XLSX files
- Maximum file size: 5 MB
- Supports bulk addition of new contacts
- Sample file available for format reference
