Overview

The Training Status widget on the Dashboard highlights every prerequisite your workspace needs before automations can run reliably. It mirrors the onboarding tasks in Settings → Readiness Checklist and lets admins see, at a glance, what is configured versus what still needs attention.

Status States

  • Ready – Requirement is fully configured and synced within the last 15 minutes.
  • Pending – Setup started but missing a dependency (e.g., unpublished flow, disconnected channel).
  • Action Needed – No configuration detected. Hovering the tile in the Dashboard reveals the CTA to finish setup.

Updating a Tile

  1. Click the tile inside the Dashboard widget or use the quick link below.
  2. Complete the missing configuration.
  3. Publish and sync changes; the tile automatically refreshes after the next data pull.

Tips for Staying Ready

  1. Review weekly. Make it part of the ops stand-up so nothing slips.
  2. Assign owners. Each tile should have a clear DRI who receives alerts when the state changes.
  3. Document exceptions. If a tile stays Pending by design (e.g., paused campaigns), note it in your runbook to avoid false alarms.
