Overview

This guide breaks down every analytics widget you see on the Dashboard. Use it as a reference when stakeholders ask how a number is calculated or when you need to troubleshoot unexpected dips.

Visitor Metrics

Located in the upper-left card, this block highlights traffic momentum.

  • Total Visitors Count – Unique visitors captured across all connected channels within the active date range.
  • Today’s Visitors – Real-time count from midnight in your workspace timezone.
  • Growth Percentage – Compares the current period with the previous equal-length window.
  • LIVE Indicator – Pulses when new sessions arrive in the last 60 seconds.

A six-month line chart (e.g., June–November) plotting total visits per month. Hovering reveals:

  1. Exact visit count
  2. Percentage change vs. the prior month
  3. Notes when a campaign launch correlates with a spike (pulled from Campaign Manager)

Use this to spot seasonality or to validate the impact of paid campaigns.
