Overview

Quick Actions surface the five most-used flows directly on the Dashboard so operators can respond faster without digging through nested menus. Each button opens the relevant workspace in a new tab while preserving your current dashboard context.

Where to Find Them

  1. Open Dashboard → Overview.
  2. Look for the Quick Actions strip below the hero metrics.
  3. Hover on any tile to preview what it does before clicking.

Managing Quick Actions

  • Reorder: Drag-and-drop tiles to prioritize what your team needs most.
  • Hide/Show: Toggle any action off through Settings → Dashboard Preferences.
  • Add Custom Links: Workspace admins can append up to three custom shortcuts (e.g., a Notion playbook or internal escalation form) by pasting a URL.

Best Practices

  1. Limit to high-frequency flows. Avoid adding rarely used shortcuts that create clutter.
  2. Pair with alerts. When a metric crosses a threshold, pin the action that resolves it next to the alert.
  3. Review quarterly. Business priorities change—refresh the layout during QBRs to mirror new goals.
