Handling Invalid Numbers

This section helps you manage and retry messages that couldn’t be delivered due to invalid or inactive WhatsApp numbers.

What Are Invalid Numbers?

Invalid numbers include:

  • Non-existent phone numbers
  • Numbers not registered with WhatsApp
  • Temporarily unavailable numbers
  • Numbers that have blocked your business

Viewing Invalid Numbers

  1. Navigate to WhatsApp Drip Campaigns > Analytics
  2. Select Invalid Numbers from the sidebar
  3. The system displays:
    • List of invalid numbers
    • Reason for invalidity
    • Number of delivery attempts
    • Timestamp of last attempt

Retry Options

Automatic Retry

  • System automatically retries failed deliveries
  • Configurable retry intervals (default: 1 hour)
  • Maximum retry attempts can be set

Manual Retry

  1. Select the numbers you want to retry
  2. Click Retry Selected
  3. Choose immediate or scheduled retry

Best Practices

  • Regularly clean your contact list
  • Verify numbers before adding to campaigns
  • Monitor invalid number rates for potential issues
  • Update numbers that have been corrected
