Purpose

Walk you through installing the chatbot script we provide—once it’s live on your site, the bot becomes public and the dashboard unlocks for you.

Pre-Launch Checklist

Before the “Launch Bot” button appears, confirm:

• Business information added
• Bot purpose defined
• Knowledge base created (scraping and/or manual)
• Branding configured
• Your website domain is verified so we can generate the installation script

Launch Steps

1. Click Launch Bot to reveal your unique JavaScript snippet.
2. Paste the script into your site (or send it to your developer) and deploy.
3. We auto-check that the script is present—once detected, the chatbot goes public and the dashboard becomes available to your team.
4. Open your site and run an end-to-end test conversation to confirm.

After Launch

• You can now access the dashboard anytime to monitor conversations in real time.
• Leads are captured automatically and tagged.
• Build workflows, campaigns, and automations on top of the live bot.
• If your website isn’t ready yet, only the admin team can grant temporary dashboard access—contact support for that exception.
