Purpose

Give the AI a verified domain and clear business type so it can tailor responses, score leads, and recommend the right playbooks from day one.

Required Information

• Domain name – Enter your primary business domain (e.g., example.com). We use it to verify your brand and pull public context.
• Business type – Pick the option that best describes the team or person you want the AI to represent (Support, Sales, Marketing, etc.).

Additional Details

• Business name (auto-detected from your domain, but you can override it)
• Industry and category
• Operating model (B2B / B2C / Both)
• Target customer or buyer persona

This information helps:

• Improve chatbot response accuracy
• Segment leads correctly
• Enable better analytics and reporting
