Device Details
- Device type – Desktop, Mobile, or Tablet.
- Operating system – Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, etc.
- Browser engine / app – Chrome, Safari, in-app WhatsApp web view, and more.
Session Details
- Session start time – When the visitor initiated the conversation.
- Last active time – Most recent interaction.
- Session duration – Total active time in the chat window.
