What Is the Chat List?

The Chat List displays every conversation created by your chatbot in a single, scrollable table. Each row represents one visitor session regardless of channel.

Information Shown

  • Channel / device icon – Quickly see if the visitor came from Web, Android, iOS, WhatsApp, or another connected source.
  • Visitor label – Name, phone, or anonymous identifier.
  • Last activity time – Timestamps help prioritize follow-ups.
  • Status – Indicates whether the chat is active, inactive, or awaiting human takeover.

How to Use Chat List

  1. Click any chat to open the full conversation view.
  2. Sort or filter by channel, status, or recency to focus on the most relevant sessions.
  3. Monitor live activity by keeping the list open during peak hours; it auto-refreshes every few seconds.

When to Use This Page

  • Reviewing recent chatbot activity during daily stand-ups
  • Checking user engagement volume across channels
  • Selecting a conversation for deeper analysis in Chat View or for escalation to a human agent
