Leverage your chatbot data to create powerful, targeted audiences for your marketing campaigns. This guide will walk you through the process of creating custom audiences that automatically sync with your Meta Ad Account.
Prerequisites
Before creating custom audiences, ensure you have:
- Connected your Meta Business account (see Meta Connection)
- Sufficient conversation data in AI Chat Assist
- The necessary permissions in Meta Business Manager
Creating a New Audience

Go to Audiences > Create New in your AI Chat Assist dashboard

Select “Chatbot Data Source” as your audience source

Choose from one of the pre-built audience templates or create a custom segment

Configure your audience criteria

Set the refresh frequency for your audience
