• Facebook Business Manager account
• Business verification (if required)
• Access to the phone number (for verification)
• Business display name approved by WhatsApp

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access WhatsApp Manager

1. Log in to Facebook Business Manager
2. Navigate to WhatsApp Manager
3. Click “Add Phone Number”

2. Enter Phone Number

• Enter the full phone number with country code
• Select the correct country from the dropdown
• Click “Next”

3. Verify Number

• Choose verification method: SMS or Phone Call
• Enter the 6-digit verification code
• Click “Verify”

4. Set Up Profile

• Enter your business name
• Add business description
• Upload profile picture (recommended 192x192px)
• Set business category

• Set business hours
• Add business address (optional)
• Add website and email
• Configure message settings

6. Review and Submit

• Review all information
• Accept WhatsApp Business Terms of Service
• Click “Done”

• If you see this error, the number might be:
  • Already registered with another WhatsApp account
  • Recently used on WhatsApp
  • In the process of being ported

Verification Code Not Received
