1. Create your account

   • Sign up at dashboard.aichatassist.com
   • Verify your email address
   • Complete your profile information

2. Create your first chatbot

   • Navigate to the Bots section
   • Click “Create New Bot”
   • Choose a template or start from scratch
   • Give your bot a name and description

3. Customize your bot

   • Set up your welcome message
   • Configure your bot’s appearance
   • Add your company logo
   • Choose your color scheme

4. Add your knowledge base

   • Upload documents (PDF, CSV, XLSX)
   • Add FAQs
   • Create custom responses

5. Deploy your bot

   • Get your embed code
   • Add it to your website
   • Test your bot in action
