Connect your Meta ad accounts to AI Chat Assist for seamless campaign management and audience targeting
Connect your Meta ad accounts to AI Chat Assist to create, manage, and optimize your advertising campaigns directly from the platform.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure you have:
- A Meta Business Manager account with admin access
- At least one active ad account in good standing
- Admin or editor access to the Facebook Page you want to connect
- The necessary permissions for the assets you want to connect
Connection Process
Step 1: Initiate Connection
- Log in to your AI Chat Assist dashboard
- Navigate to AI Campaigns Manager > Meta Integration
- Click “Connect Facebook”
Step 2: Authorize Access
- You’ll be redirected to Meta’s login page
- Log in with your Facebook credentials (if not already logged in)
- Select the Business Manager account you want to connect
Step 3: Select Assets to Connect
Choose which assets to connect to AI Chat Assist:
- Ad Accounts: Select the ad accounts you want to manage
- Facebook Pages: Choose the pages you want to connect
- Instagram Accounts: Select any Instagram business accounts
- Pixels: Choose the Meta Pixels for tracking
- Catalogs: Select product catalogs if applicable
Step 4: Review and Confirm
- Review the list of assets being connected
- Check the required permissions
- Click Confirm to complete the connection
Required Permissions
For full functionality, ensure these permission levels in Meta Business Manager:

Enable server-side event tracking for more accurate data collection
Verifying Your Connection
To ensure everything is working correctly:
- Go to Connection Status in your dashboard
- Check that all connected assets show “Connected” status
- Run the connection test to verify data flow
- Review any warnings or recommendations
- Test a sample ad to confirm tracking is working
